KGM Received Blue PROPER Rating From the Ministry of Environment and Forestry
At the end of 2021, PT Kalbio Global Medika (KGM) participated in PROPER audit from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) of The Republic of Indonesia for the very first time. And for the hard work since it was officially inaugurated in 2018, KGM has received BLUE rating, denoting that KGM has 100% meets all the environmental management standards. The assessment criteria set to pass the audit include environmental permits, liquid waste management, B3 waste management, and air emission management.
Up until now, KGM has been doing several environmentally friendly activities, such as:
Use of solar cells for electrical energy
Use of gas fuel for boiler
Recycle AHU (Air Handling Unit) condensate water & reject Reverse Osmosis to reduce clean water consumption
Use of Ozone for WFI (Water For Injection) sanitation which is more energy-efficient than hot sanitation using steam
Use of energy-saving LED lights
By improving the better environmental management and energy resources conservation, KGM hopes to get a GREEN PROPER soon. Congratulations to KGM!
